Please use this form to upload the required information so we can create access passes for you and your staff. Only add the number of passes you originally requested in your application. If you need more passes than you applied for, kindly contact us to adjust the number.
Kindly read the instructions before you fill the form out.

Required fields are marked with *. 

Full Name: The First and  surname of the individual receiving the pass.

Contact Number: A valid phone number for the individual.

Email Address: A unique email address for communication and notifications.

ID/Passport Number: A government-issued identification number (either National ID or Passport).

Exhibitor Photo: A clear headshot photo that meets the upload guidelines (recent, well-lit, no obstructions).

Company Name: The name of the Exhibitor Company the individual is representing.

Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid any issues during the verification and admission process.

This form allows you to edit the access pass you’re currently viewing. Just enter the details you want to change and press “Submit Changes.” You can leave any fields you don’t want to change empty. If you get an email error simply input the same email address as you already have.

This year, we’ve taken strides to streamline managing access passes, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—your participation in the show.

Through this portal, you can quickly upload your personal details and those of your team, ensuring a smooth process for issuing access passes for daily admission to the showgrounds. We look forward to supporting you in making this year’s event a success!

Instructions

Add new passes for your team members.
Edit details for existing passes to keep everything up to date.
Delete passes that are no longer needed.

Exhibitor Photo Upload Instructions

To ensure smooth processing of your access pass, please follow these guidelines when uploading your photo:

  • Photo Type: A clear headshot of the exhibitor, featuring only one person.
  • No Obstructions: No face coverings (hats, masks, sunglasses, etc.) that obscure the face.
  • Recency: The photo should be as recent as possible, taken within the last 6 months.
  • Lighting: Ensure the photo is well-lit, with no harsh shadows, so that facial features are clearly visible.
  • File Size: The file size should not exceed 4MB.
  • File Formats: Accepted file types include jpg, jpeg, png, and webp.

Pro Tip: Use a plain, neutral background if possible for the best quality photo.

Important: Photos that don’t meet these standards may result in your or your staff member’s access pass being invalid.
